This policy explains how GET Repairs collects and uses your personal data under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. The data controller is GET Repairs, 439 Duke Street, Glasgow G31 1RY (support@getrepairs.co.uk).
1. What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), booking details (device, serial/IMEI, fault, condition photos, addresses, postcode, payment details processed by our payment provider), repair history and correspondence.
2. Why we use it
To fulfil our contract with you (carry out the repair, process payment and refunds), to communicate about your booking, for legitimate interests (fraud prevention, service improvement) and to comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing
With our agent network only as needed for drop-off/hand-back of your device; with our payment processor; with couriers if applicable; with the authorities if legally required. We do not sell personal data.
4. Retention
Booking and accounting records are retained for 6 years to comply with UK tax law. Condition photos are retained for the duration of any warranty plus 1 year.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and to object. Contact support@getrepairs.co.uk to exercise them. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, measure traffic and improve our service. You can manage your choices below or at any time via this page.
