What devices do you repair?+

We repair mobile phones (iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel and more), tablets (iPad, Galaxy Tab), gaming consoles (PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch), laptops and custom gaming PCs.

How much does an iPhone screen repair cost in Glasgow?+

iPhone screen repairs at GET Repairs typically range from £55 for older models (iPhone 8, SE, X) up to around £279 for the latest Pro Max models. Full per-model pricing is on our prices page.

How much does a Samsung Galaxy screen repair cost?+

Samsung Galaxy screen repairs start from around £79 for A-series models and go up to roughly £329 for the latest S Ultra and Z Fold models. Quoted prices include parts, labour and a 90-day warranty.

How much does a PS5 HDMI port repair cost?+

PS5 HDMI port replacement is £45 with same-day turnaround in most cases. Xbox Series X/S HDMI repairs are similarly priced.

How much does a Nintendo Switch joystick repair cost?+

Switch and Switch OLED joy-con drift / joystick replacement is from £25 per stick. Switch Lite from £30.

What are your pricing tiers?+

Repairs fall into three rough tiers: Essential (£25–£60) for joysticks, charge ports and small fixes; Standard (£60–£150) for batteries and mid-range screens; Premium (£150–£329) for OLED and flagship displays. All prices include parts, labour and a 90-day warranty.

How long will my repair take?+

Most phone, tablet and console repairs are completed the same day. Mail-in and more complex laptop or PC jobs usually take 2–5 working days from when the device reaches our workshop.

Do you offer a warranty on repairs?+

Yes — every repair carried out by GET Repairs comes with a 90-day warranty covering the part fitted and the workmanship on the fix.

Can I track my repair online?+

Yes. After booking you receive a tracking link with live status updates from receipt through diagnosis, repair, quality check and return. You can also check getrepairs.co.uk/status using your GET-XXXXXXXX booking reference.

Do you offer collection and delivery?+

Yes. You can drop off at 439 Duke Street, Glasgow G31 1RY, post your device in with our prepaid label, or book a doorstep collection within 5 miles of our workshop.

Do I pay upfront or after the repair?+

Standard repairs are paid online when booking. If a diagnostic is needed first, you only pay once we confirm the fault and quote. Collection bookings can pay by cash or card on doorstep.

What if my device cannot be repaired?+

If we can't fix it, we won't charge for the repair. A small diagnostic fee may apply for complex board work — this is always agreed before any work is started.

Is my data safe?+

We never need your device passcode for most repairs. If we do (e.g. post-repair function tests), the passcode is wiped from our system the moment your booking is marked delivered.

What does the 90-day warranty cover?+

Defects in the replacement part and our workmanship. Physical or liquid damage after collection isn't covered, but we'll always inspect free of charge.
